REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Digitalselves, LLC (“Digitalselves,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides professional digital services that require time, planning, and customized work. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for all services purchased through our website.

By purchasing any service from Digitalselves, you agree to the terms below.


1. All Sales Are Final Once Work Begins

Because our work involves time, expertise, and preparation, all sales are final once any portion of the service has been started.

This includes:

  • Research

  • Planning

  • Communication related to project setup

  • Accessing client systems or reviewing materials

  • Beginning any part of the digital setup or consulting process

After work has begun, no refunds will be issued.


2. Refunds Before Work Begins

If you request cancellation before any work has started, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refunds prior to project initiation are granted at the discretion of Digitalselves.


3. Monthly Digital Support Retainer

The Monthly Digital Support Retainer is billed automatically each month.

  • You may cancel at any time.

  • Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only.

  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once payment has been processed.

Upon cancellation, support continues through the end of the paid cycle.


4. Strategy & Consulting Sessions

Consulting sessions are non-refundable once scheduled.

If you need to reschedule:

  • You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations will not be refunded

Rescheduling is available once per session.


5. Digital Deliverables

For services that include documents, plans, audits, or digital assets:

  • Deliverables already provided cannot be refunded

  • Work completed up to the point of cancellation will not be refunded

These materials represent time invested and cannot be returned.


6. Service Satisfaction

Digitalselves strives for clear communication and high-quality work.

If you believe a service was not delivered as described, contact us within 7 days so we may review the matter. Resolution may include clarification, revision, or additional support — not a refund.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider, you agree to:

  1. Contact Digitalselves directly, and

  2. Allow reasonable time for review and response.

Unauthorized chargebacks may be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension of service.
