Search engine algorithms, competition, market conditions, and numerous external factors are beyond our control.

Any examples, case studies, or projections are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information.
Maintain ownership or authorization for all website content.
Cooperate during onboarding and implementation.
Respond to requests in a timely manner.
Maintain access credentials when required.

Delays in communication or access may affect project timelines.

4. Payments

Fees for services are outlined in your selected Growth Plan, proposal, or agreement.

Unless otherwise stated:

Monthly services are billed in advance.
One-time services are billed according to the proposal.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Clients retain ownership of their business content and intellectual property.
Digitalselves retains ownership of its methodologies, workflows, templates, software configurations, and proprietary processes.
Custom work created specifically for clients becomes the client's property upon full payment unless otherwise specified.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may utilize trusted third-party platforms, including website providers, analytics software, AI technologies, CRM systems, and SEO tools.

Digitalselves is not responsible for service interruptions, pricing changes, outages, policy changes, or functionality of third-party providers.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients.

Any non-public business information shared with us will be treated as confidential and used only for providing agreed-upon services unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our services for unlawful purposes.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Distribute malware or harmful software.
Infringe upon intellectual property rights.

Digitalselves reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in prohibited conduct.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the preceding three months.

11. Cancellation

Clients may cancel recurring services according to the terms outlined in their service agreement.

Unless otherwise specified, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the next billing cycle.

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable.

12. Disclaimer

All services are provided "as is" and "as available."

Digitalselves makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability or specific business results.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within California.

14. Changes to These Terms

Digitalselves may update these Terms periodically.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
