Welcome to Digitalselves, LLC (“Digitalselves,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, purchasing our services, or engaging with any offerings provided by Digitalselves, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our site or services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the website or purchase services from Digitalselves.


1. Overview of Services

Digitalselves provides digital and professional services, including but not limited to:

  • Digital Foundations Setup

  • Automation & Workflow Setup

  • E-Commerce Support Services

  • Monthly Digital Support Retainers

  • Strategy & Consulting Sessions

  • General digital content organization, marketing guidance, and process documentation

Digitalselves does not sell physical products, does not provide financial advice, and does not manage client systems without permission.

All work is offered as professional digital services performed remotely unless otherwise stated.


2. Eligibility

To purchase services from Digitalselves, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate billing and contact information

  • Have legal authority to enter into a contract on behalf of yourself or your business

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason consistent with applicable law.


3. Payments & Billing

All pricing is listed in U.S. dollars and is clearly displayed on our Pricing page.

By completing a purchase, you authorize Digitalselves and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the full amount due.

3.1 Payment Types Accepted

We may offer payments via:

  • Credit or debit card

  • ACH bank transfer

  • Other processors or methods as made available on our checkout page

3.2 Recurring Billing

If you enroll in the Monthly Digital Support Retainer, you agree to automatic monthly billing until canceled. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.

3.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may pause work until the balance is cleared. Continued failure may result in suspension or termination of service.


4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital service work, all sales are final.

However, Digitalselves is committed to fairness. If you believe a deliverable was not provided as described, contact us within 7 days and we will review the matter.

Refunds may be granted at our discretion when work has not yet been performed.

Once consulting time, implementation work, or digital setup has begun, refunds cannot be issued.


5. Service Delivery & Timelines

Timelines will be communicated during onboarding or consultation.

Delivery windows may vary based on:

  • Client responsiveness

  • Project complexity

  • Availability of required assets or access

  • Mutual scheduling for consulting sessions

Digitalselves is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or missing information from the client.


6. Client Responsibilities

To deliver services effectively, clients must:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Deliver requested logins, assets, or access in a timely manner

  • Respond to communication within reasonable time frames

  • Review deliverables promptly

Digitalselves is not responsible for outcomes affected by client delays or lack of cooperation.


7. Intellectual Property

Digitalselves retains ownership of:

  • Proprietary workflows

  • Templates

  • Documentation

  • Tools and internal processes

Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any deliverables created specifically for their business.

Final deliverables created for a client (documents, basic automations, layouts, structure guides, etc.) become the client’s to use for business purposes.


8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information confidential, including:

  • Business details

  • Login credentials

  • Project plans

  • Internal documents

  • Personal identifying information

Digitalselves maintains strict confidentiality and uses reasonable security measures to protect client information.


9. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Digitalselves may suggest or configure third-party services such as:

  • CRM systems

  • Email platforms

  • Scheduling tools

  • Website builders

  • Automation tools

Clients are responsible for:

  • Their accounts

  • Third-party subscription costs

  • Complying with those platforms’ terms

Digitalselves is not liable for outages, errors, or performance issues caused by third-party services.


10. Limitation of Liability

Digitalselves provides professional digital services but does not guarantee:

  • Sales results

  • Specific financial outcomes

  • Search engine ranking positions

  • Performance of third-party tools

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • Digitalselves shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.


11. Termination

Either party may terminate service if:

  • The other party breaches these terms

  • Payment is not received

  • Cooperation becomes impractical

Upon termination:

  • No further services will be rendered

  • Outstanding balances remain due

  • No refunds will be issued for work already delivered or time already spent


12. Updates to These Terms

Digitalselves may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
